Manager of Quality Management Systems (AQAP 2310)
The course “Manager of Quality Management Systems (AQAP 2310)” is designed to prepare professionals responsible for applying the requirements of the NATO AQAP 2110 and AQAP 2310 standards, which establish quality assurance requirements for the execution of defence contracts.
The programme is structured progressively, starting with the fundamental requirements of ISO 9001 and advancing to the specialized requirements of AQAP 2110 and AQAP 2310. Particular emphasis is placed on quality planning, risk management, product configuration management, objective evidence of conformity, traceability, fulfilment of contractual requirements, and effective interaction with the customer and government quality assurance (GQA) representatives.

Objectives
The objective of the course is to develop the professional competencies required for applying the requirements of the NATO AQAP 2110 and AQAP 2310 standards, ensuring quality throughout the execution of defence contracts, as well as for organizing quality planning processes, risk management, product configuration management, objective evidence of conformity, and the fulfilment of customer requirements in accordance with ISO 9001, AQAP 2110, and AQAP 2310.
Target Audience
The course is intended for personnel of military-industrial complex enterprises who wish to develop practical knowledge and skills in applying the requirements of the NATO AQAP 2110 and AQAP 2310 standards, planning quality activities, and ensuring product conformity with the requirements of defence contracts.
Document on completion
Upon successful completion of the course, participants are awarded a certificate conferring the qualification “Manager of Quality Management Systems”, listed in the international SIC register.
